Momma, Denim is clearly in denial. He thinks that Tavior can just eat more seafood or "brain food," as he calls it, and that Tavior's autism will fully disappear.

Tavior is struggling in various ways, and chomping down on shrimp and salmon will simply not cure him!

Author's note: This is another 47-word micro-fiction story merely for fun! ☺️

You captured a child's heart and made awareness for autism in a powerful 47 word story!

  • This is such a clever and heartfelt little story. I love how you capture Denim’s well-meaning but misguided optimism in just a few words!

  • Isn’t it great the way children can take expressions like brain food literally? Great take on the challenge

  • Awww, he really wants Tavior to get better. Bless his heart ❤️ Loved your story Tiffy!

  • This is a cute little story, Tiff. True that seafood is superfood for the brain. Sardines are the greatest, with even more Omega-3 than salmon. :D

I don’t really eat seafood. Is it referred to as brain food… I’ve not heard this.. actually maybe fish! Hmm. Poor guy, I hope he learns to deal with the challenges another way.
