Most people face this problem while trying to study without getting distracted, or something that is boring but important some people can't even last for 10 minutes without getting distracted or daydreaming.

You might only study for 10 minutes, but then go for walk for 15 minutes, then go back to studying for 15 more minutes ,etc.
Even if you don't have ADHD, you can try this trick it's also similar to the Pomodoro Technique you don't have to study for hours at a time. It's more beneficial even for neuro typical people to study in 20 minute increments with five minute breaks in between than it is to study for long hours.
And 20 minutes went by so fast. Way fast than an hour.
Also, I recommend you to look into a software called Jira, Jira is a proprietary issue tracking product developed by Atlassian that allows agile project management and and a methodology called Agile/SCRUM. It literally saved people while doing more difficult work that took a lot of direct focus. It helps you to not context switch so much because you work in time periods called “Sprints” that have you focusing on one (or a very few) thing at a time.

Avoid distractions

Why do we get Distracted while studying? There can be various explanations for that. However, most common reason is that getting distracted is a habit. Based on constantly changing environment in the modern society with so many things going on and loads information available just clicks away, our brain just craves to find out - what’s new, what’s exciting, what you might be missing out on. Whether it's getting getting distracted by the net or daydreams, getting distracted is easier then studying.

Well it's not like there is no way to break this habit at all but it might be different for everyone. If you are getting distracted by your phone you can turn it off.(jk)

I know that many of you are studying online so it's not possible to do that but don't worry, there is still a way,There is an android app called Stay Focused which you can get from google play store. This app may be very helpful for you. It's an Self Control, Productivity and App Usage tracker app which assists you focus by restricting the usage of apps, websites and keywords. You can block apps, websites and keywords by setting them! In addition to website blocking and apps blocking, You can set limits on your overall phone usage as well.Which I found the most useful feature of it

It will only block the apps you selected you can Use your phone for studying at the same time. It's free but the paid plan is better.

There is also another app called FOREST :Stay focused.In this app you will Plant a virtual tree when you need to stay focused. If you commit to your task without getting distracted, your tree grows and you will get coins if you cannot resist the temptation of using your phone, your tree won't grow. Over time, you will have an entire forest built from your focus and commitment.They claims in their paid plans that they plant tress in Africa to help the environment and have already have planted 951805 trees.

Rather then phone Students often get distracted when they think about all the other tasks they need to accomplish. They start to wonder if they should be working on another assignment or studying for another test instead. This hinders them from focusing on the task at hand.So whenever you found yourself in this situation you can write it down and can revisit it latter ,Writing things that make you distracted can also help in overcoming the them
