Why So Many People Are Stuck In Struggle Today

I want you to imagine that you are driving a car through the desert.

Everything seems to be going well...

Until suddenly...

The gas runs out.

You're in an area where you have no cell service...

Miles away from the next stop...

And you haven't seen any cars passing by.

Plus...

You need your car to get to your final destination, so you cannot just abandon the vehicle here.

Not to mention that you are not exactly sure where "here" is...

And you do not have any camping gear, so your car is the only means of protection from the elements.

So you decide that you need to push your car.

You start pushing and you come to realize...

It is really difficult to push the car in the heat...

There have still been no other signs of people coming...

And if you keep this up you're going to risk dehydration.

So you decide you're going to wait until night to move because then at least it will be cooler.

You do this for a few days, and still have not gotten to the next gas station...

And there still has been no sight of other people.

You might begin to throw out items that are not necessary...

Perhaps deciding that, hopefully, you can replace them when you eventually get to your destination.

Then you go for a few more days, and still nothing.

Your food and water are now starting to run low...

How much longer can you go?

If this keeps going...

Will this be the end?

Now, this may seem like a crazy scenario that would never happen in today's world...

Yet...

Many people are living like this in their lives without realizing it...

Metaphorically, at least.

Instead of pushing a car through a desert, though...

We are having a similar problem with the internal workings of our bodies...

In our physiology...

With energy (Mg-ATP) production.

See...

To accomplish all the things we do in our lives...

We need energy.

Simple, right?

Well, perhaps not as simple as most people think it is.

Because the truth is...

The world is in a physiological energy crisis.

Most people are doing so many things...

Which are actively harming, preventing, and wasting their energy stores...

And the result?

Their ability to create energy is decimated...

To the point where they are unable to produce enough energy to meet the demands of their lives.

The car has run out of gas.

So what does the body do?

It tries to go with whatever it has available.

It attempts to push the car.

But it cannot push the car effectively all the time...

So the body will pick and choose which systems it deems are "essential" to continue running...

And will stop utilizing "unessential" systems.

It "throws them out".

Now, the more that the energy problem builds...

The more systems get "thrown out"...

Until the body starts to make impossible choices with what little it has left.

It is running out of food and water.Our bodies will even go so far as to physically break down systems...

Which are still incredibly important to our overall health, but deemed "unessential" to "now"...

And use those scrap parts to try to make whatever energy it can with what little is left.

Our bodies will continue to do this...

Until the final point...

Where there is literally nothing left for it to give.

That is where much of the world finds itself today.

We know this from burnout, which is an advanced state of this breakdown in our bodies...

And today, over 80% of the workforce is in burnout.

But here is the greater problem...

What happens "if you finally are able to get more energy?

You are now in an Energy Debt Problem.

Your body has been stealing resources from itself for so long...

Systems have been in states of decay...

Mitochondria have been failing to work...

That you actually need significantly "more" energy than what would be considered "normal" for your survival...

Because your body needs to go and repair all of these systems.

This is a large part of the reason why so many people get stuck and are struggling in today's world.

What they believe is "normal"...

Actually is greatly lacking when they are in energy debt.

Not to mention...

Before they are able to repair all of their systems...

They are usually back in a situation where their energy stores are depleted, attacked, or wasted...

Which then makes the energy debt worse.

So, if you want to live a better life...

You need to really figure out what has caused this energy crisis that you are experiencing...

Then, understand how much energy debt you are in...

So that you can make a plan to escape the energy debt.

If we look at burnout alone...

Without considering other forms of chronic diseases people experience, which also contribute to this energy debt...

You can further see why so many people are stuck.

How long does it take to recover from burnout?

On the low end...

6 weeks.

On the far end...

Which many people are already at...

It may require over a year of purposeful and intentional recovery.

How many people do you know who are consistently and effectively recovering...

Daily...

For 6 weeks straight...

Let alone for over a year?

Therein lies the problem for so many people.

They fail to recover and get the energy that is needed to pay their energy debt...

Therefore, they continue to descend into unending energy debt...

Until something simply gives out.

In some cases, when it comes to burnout...

What gives out is our entire life.

People have been medically diagnosed as dying from burnout...

In their 20's.

That is how bad the energy debt is becoming in our world.

People who are supposed to have their entire lives ahead of them...

Are having it snuffed out far too early.

If you are feeling the effects of this energy debt...

Know that you are not alone, and it is impacting far more people than realize it.

And...

Understand that if you do not figure out how to pay this energy debt...

It will get worse.

Your future...

And even your life...

Depends on your coming to understand the energy debt problem.
