A candle

The crackling sound you make after I first light you,

The smell of lavender that flows in the room, that gives me this calming feeling,

The light that shines all over the wall,

I than see shadows all dark and flickering through the night,

I see wax melting the longer you go,

I touch and grab you then blow you out,

I smell the aroma of smoke, you then turn cold,

at a moments notice you disappear into thin air,

The light is now gone and its dark and dreary,

My candle is now gone,

Blackout
