Be yourself and smile

“Don’t change so people will like you.

Be yourself

and

the right people will love the real you.”

Being true to ourselves

will benefit us mentally.

Instead of ‘wearing a mask’ to fit in,

it is much more healthier

to be who we really are

and

to be the person we “want” to be.

You’ll be surprised

how quickly

you’ll make friends

who are similar to yourself.

When we are “true to ourselves”,

we experience

a much higher level

of happiness,

peace and

joy in our lives.

This is so good

for our mental health,

which in turn

affects our emotional

and

physical health.

breeds not just personal happiness

but also collective advancement.”

If you want to make

the right friends,

just be yourself.
