Cuddling is a Sport, and We’re Olympians

Champions of the Cozy Games

By Tale WeaverPublished about a year ago 1 min read

The blankets are drawn, the match has begun,

Our cuddling contest—where both of us won.

Limbs intertwining in synchronized grace,

A world-class embrace at a world-record pace.

_ _ _

Your arms are a fortress, my chest is the prize,

We perfect the tuck as the firelight sighs.

No referee needed, no rules to uphold,

Just warmth and affection—our currency’s gold.

_ _ _

We wrestle for pillows, we battle for space,

Yet somehow, we always end up face to face.

A tangle of love, a huggable heap,

Training all night while the rest are asleep.

_ _ _

So here’s to the sport that we both adore,

With snuggles and squeezes—we're keeping the score.

No podium needed, no judges in sight,

Just you as my teammate each cuddling night.
