My Soul Will Always Find You

By Julie O'Hara - Author, Poet and Spiritual WarriorPublished about 4 hours ago 1 min read

Verse 1

I’ve walked through quiet valleys,

I’ve passed through a thousand open doors.

I’ve wandered roads that had no names

And oceans without shores.

But every path I’ve taken,

Every sunrise I’ve adored—

Somehow, some way, some gentle pull,

My soul kept moving toward yours.

Chorus

My soul will always find yours,

No matter how the world may bend.

Through the shadows, through the distance,

Through beginnings, through the end.

If the stars forget their places

And the sky forgets its course—

Still, across the great forever,

My soul will always find yours.

My Soul will always find yours

Verse 2

There’s a knowing in the quiet,

A truth beneath the skin—

A whisper older than our names

That calls me back again.

And even when we’re far apart,

I feel you like a chord—

A music made of memory

My heart can’t help but move toward.

Chorus

My soul will always find yours,

No matter how the world may bend.

Through the shadows, through the distance,

Through beginnings, through the end.

If the stars forget their places

And the sky forgets its course—

Still, across the great forever,

My soul will always find yours.

My soul will always find yours

Bridge

Maybe love is more than moments,

More than bodies, more than time—

Maybe souls are constellations

That realign when they’re aligned.

And if we lose each other’s footsteps,

If the night grows deep and wide—

I’ll follow that eternal thread

That pulls me to your side.

My soul will always find yours,

No matter how the world may bend.

Through the shadows, through the distance,

Through beginnings, through the end.

If the stars forget their places

And the sky forgets its course—

Still, across the great forever,

My soul will always find yours.

My soul will always find yours
