Remember
A wonderful recount of things as days and nights drone out of thought. There’s backlashing which includes the passing of moments which go beyond those weighing nights. It’s like all the numbing and thumbing leading into a final deliverance! Much like the certitude flowing into exodus !
It’s a scene I might forget to keep
It passes swifter into forever as I speak,
In that : nothing hides , it’s all bare but blatantly bleak
A Jasmine by that cottonwood tree
A nostalgia leaning back into silence as I seek
Now on trees these leaves 🍃
weave clusters by which comes ethereal green,
With sprightly birds tussling over a thousand bees and thereby gently going off to sleep
And while each day flows into the night as it gently creeps,
Giving a feel: In all this, I too exist !
For the rolling days , I have never missed..
And for the dreams that did catch on indeed ,
Growing, in time, it all included all that —disbelief, misbelief and of course unbelief !
Ever stringing together into that mind’s eye in full streams
All passing me by out of life and into that distance ‘running into bleak…

A Visitor's Guide To Victorian England
A Book Review Being interested in all things Victorian, I am constantly looking for books on the Victorian Era. In fact, I should admit that I am obsessed about ‘all things Victorian’. From the clothes worn by men and women, rich or poor, to how they lived, where they lived, what they ate and would (or would not ) drink, what kind of transport there was, who worked where, who went to school (and who didn’t), the list really is endless.
