WHY

It’s over now, we’re done

WHY

Why did you have to spoil it all?

With your lies and betrayals, you let me fall.

Your choice cut deep, shattered my trust,

Now love feels like ashes, turned into dust.

Was she worth the pain that you caused me?

You turned our bond into a memory.

You blew us apart, left me alone,

A heart once shared now turned to stone.

Anger burns bright, and I’m done with your game,

No more will I carry the weight of your shame.

I’ll rise from this heartbreak, I’ll learn to be strong,

You made your choice, but I’ll move along.

And though I may grieve, I’ll reclaim my own light,

With each passing day, I’ll find my own fight.

No longer your shadow, I’ll stand tall and free,

This chapter has ended; I’m choosing me.
