Remember That!

“Those who have the ability

to be grateful

are the ones who have the ability

to achieve greatness.”

“Gratitude”

shapes our view of the world

we live in.

This affects our mental health!

“This ‘powerful emotion’

can serve as a stimulus

for personal and collective success”.

Gratitude promotes Kindness,

which is like a foundation stone

to an harmonious society.

People who have gratitude in their lives

experience less stress and depression

and

higher levels of self-esteem and life satisfaction.

This ‘quality’

encourages you

to have belief and confidence

in yourself.

Gratitude and Greatness

are definitely connected.

For example,

Gandhi tells us:

“The best way to find yourself

is to lose yourself

in the service of others.”

Most of us do this

all of the time,

caring for and looking

after our loved ones.

Remember,

You Are Great!
