Book Review: 'Up Jumped the Devil: The Real Life of Robert Johnson'
There are many, many books about Robert Johnson and many that I have read, but this one has to be one of my favourites and a great book to read for any level of fan. Whether you are just on your route to discovering the blues king who sold his soul to the devil—or whether you've been listening to him for a few years now and have come to see many different aspects of his life, this is probably the ultimate book on everything Robert Johnson and every bit of possible research that you could want.

5 Films That Everyone Likes, But I Don’t
I feel like sometimes I’m left out because of the movies I like, but sometimes the movies I dislike get me into more trouble, especially with idiots online. If you haven’t watched my favourite movie I’m Not There then get off this list, and go and watch it please. But, there are films where I really just don’t understand why people are obsessed with them so much. There are some films where I can understand why people are obsessed with them, but I cannot see myself liking them any time soon. And finally, there are films that I flat out hate, and I will let you know about it if you ask me. Some of the films on this list I have actually watched multiple times, and have tried really hard to enjoy, some of the films on this list I watched once and couldn’t see myself watching again, and some of the films on this list are the type that if I have to sit through them once more, I’m calling the police. I like to read reviews about films as well, which means that with a few of the films on this list I’ve even read about other people’s love for them, and yet, I cannot see myself appreciating them any further.

15th of June, 1978: 'Street-Legal' by Bob Dylan is Released
Street-Legal was an album released in 1978 and recorded in 1977, during Bob Dylan's marital problems with Sara Lownds. The album is different in the act of using female backing vocals and continues with the eery Mexican style sound found on Desire on some of the songs. However, there are some songs on the album that sound more like a mix between the gospel era and the album Desire - it may have marked Dylan's transition from one to the other.

In My Opinion: The 5 Worst Films of the Last 5 Years
I think you all saw this one coming. I've actually been working on this article for a while because there have been so many good movies in the past five years, ones that I have loved dearly. But then there have been films that make me feel like if I have to watch them again, I'll be calling the police—because that would be tantamount to torture. What we are going to do is go through what I believe are the five worst films of the last five years and, see exactly why I think so.

Top 5 Young Adult Novel Recommendations
The YA genre is often called out for being overly saturated with "bad literature" by people who respect the classics. But, I beg to differ. If you search through the regulars, you can actually find some really good books in the YA genre. There's a wide array of sub-genres to explore and many different writers and characters to read about. I feel like many people think that YA is really just for teens; but after having to read many a classic novel myself, it's nice to wind down with a wild fantasy or adventure novel particular of the YA umbrella term.

8th of June, 1970: 'Self Portrait' by Bob Dylan Is Released
Recorded between the Spring seasons of 1969 and 1970, this is considered to be one of Bob Dylan's more confusing albums since he doesn't stick to form and does many covers of traditional or other people's songs. Many people intended this to be a very serious change for Dylan since he had changed his sounds and methods before with the "Electric Dylan Controversy," the "Judas" era, and then with the John Wesley Harding Semi-Acoustic era. However, be that as it may—this is what Bob Dylan had to say about it for himself, putting the album into perspective for everyone. Whether this is entirely true or not, we will probably never know; but for now, we've had to take his word for it.

8th of June, 1985: 'Empire Burlesque' by Bob Dylan Was Released
Since time began, I have been ridiculed, made fun of, laughed at and scorned for liking and constantly supporting the confusing and "interesting" album Empire Burlesque. It is a very complicated thing for me to explain since I haven’t really met anyone else who likes the album—but in this article, I will try to give you some background for why I love it.

30 Books to Read Before You Die
I love literature, as we all already know. But the one thing I love most of all is sharing my love for literature with everyone else by giving people recommendations and asking for recommendations from others. I like reading new and exciting things that I haven't read before as well as reading around and deeply into my favourite genres. At the time this article was written, I was going through a phase of reading biographies of classic Hollywood actors and actresses.

31st of May 1988: 'Down in the Groove' by Bob Dylan Was Released
Recorded between 1983 and 1987, Down in the Groove is an often forgotten Dylan album, purely because it isn't really like the other albums of the 1980s for him. It has its own character and that character is normally pushed to the background, as everyone is in awe about Empire Burlesque (whether that be positive awe or disgust, it doesn't matter). David Fricke of Rolling Stone Magazine gives some insight into the album for people who want to see the other side:

A Review: 'Dark' Season 1
Here's a bit of background. I had been putting off watching Dark for ages, because I didn't want to get tied down to another TV Show whilst Game of Thrones was still on (I love Game of Thrones). And even before GoT Season eight, I was putting off watching Dark, because it wasn't really that high of a match on Netflix. If you know me, you'll know that I'm all for watching foreign TV shows, because it's really interesting to see the storytelling involved. Now that I've watched Season one, I kind of regret putting it off for so long, because damn this show is addictive.

Top 5 Films About JFK
Now, everyone knows how much I love reading and watching things about the Kennedy brothers. This isn't just the conspiracy stuff, but also things about their life and their legacies, and what they achieved. On May 29, 1917—JFK, possibly the most famous Kennedy, was born.
