Vitamin-E And Aloe Vera-Best Natural Treatment for Skin
The results of an eight-week study published in May 2013 in the Journal of Dermatology showed that a combination of aloe vera and prescription tretinoin was more effective in reducing inflammation than a placebo without recent treatment. While people who drank aloe juice eliminated acne, a 2014 study published in the Asian Journal of Clinical Nutrition did not show a significant difference between participants who drank aloe vera and those who received a placebo.
