It’s about knowing that you are not too much—you were simply asking too little for yourself. Today, my standards are higher, but so is my peace. I no longer beg for attention or chase validation. I no longer twist myself into someone more “acceptable.” I am learning that the right people won’t require me to shrink. They will meet me where I stand. And if they don’t? I will walk away.
