How To Keep Your Babies Cool in the Summer, According to Pediatricians
When my kids were babies, I was always on the hunt for multiple ways to keep them cool in the hot summers. They are super sensitive to the sun and they'll instantly get red if they aren't coated in sunscreen. Drenching my babies in sunscreen couldn't be the only thing that could keep them cool though, and I noticed this a few summers back. Even with the sunscreen on, they were still irritated and felt bothered whenever they spent around 30 minutes outside.

Cystic Fibrosis – Fletcher's Shock Diagnosis
We found out recently that Fletcher has been diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis. I would like to write updates along the way of Fletcher's experience with the condition to educate those out there (like us) who aren't familiar with the condition right from the start to show his journey through the good times and bad. Writing also helps to express my feelings about things in the best way for me. I hope it will help me to come to terms with his condition as at present I could cry at the thought of it in any moment.

First Year Survival Guide

Co-Sleeping
When you're a new mom, everyone is going to throw scary statistics in your face and tell you what worked, or rather didn't work, for them. It gets pretty overwhelming. One thing that always terrifies me is SIDS. Sudden infant death syndrome is something EVERY person caring for an infant or small child should know about, if you don't, I suggest doing a quick Google search before you continue reading my ramblings.
