One Year Later - The Lasting Appeal of 'Spider-Man PS4'
Around a year ago, Playstation 4 owners were blessed with the wonders of Marvel's Spider-Man. The game was hugely anticipated by fans and was met with great acclaim when it was released. Insomniac's creation finally allowed gamers to experience the world from the wall-crawler's perspective. One year later, the game still has a lasting appeal.

How to Throw a Gamer's Dream Party
A legendary gamer party requires meticulous planning around technology, hardware and grub. Everything must appeal to the gamer’s raw instincts, with classic combinations such as Cheetos and Mountain Dew & Red Bull and Chicken Wings present at the party.

'Vandal Hearts'
Vandal Hearts was released to the Playstation by Konami in 1996. It was later released to the Sega Saturn as well. Vandal Hearts was the first strategy game I ever played. I did play Ogre Battle on the SNES before Vandal Hearts, but I just can’t classify Ogre Battle as a strategy game since there’s no strategy involved, but this isn’t an Ogre Battle review, so I’ll stop talking about it.

How I Would Make the 'Spider-Man 2' PS5 Video Game Part 1
Let me just start off by saying that the Spider-Man PS4 exclusive game made by Insomniac in 2018 is one of my favourite games of all time and probably game of the year for me personally. I found its storytelling and gameplay mechanics to be perfectly balanced (as all things should be) and the game was just flat out fun.

'Persona 5' Review
In an age where Final Fantasy’s success is hit or miss, one may wonder what franchise is going to truly lead the evolution of Japanese role-playing games? Persona 5, which is the fifth, sixth, and seventh Persona game, depending on who you ask, breaks away almost completely from the Megami Tensei parent series, and presents the player with what I can best describe as a Sly Cooper-esque RPG, crossed with Inception and previous Persona games’ fundamental mechanics. Persona 5’s identity is so fully realized that it’s still hard to believe it exists in the same realm as Persona 3 and four, let alone anything before those two. This feels like the game that JRPG fans have been waiting many years for. This game marks a turning point for its franchise, as it is now more publicly recognized than ever. Atlus gave this game their full attention, taking what was once a niche, budget sub-series of theirs into a full-blown, large scale and complex game, that feels like an incredibly high point of their development efforts thus far.

Bring da Noiz on 'Dramatical Murders'
Spoiler Warning: Plot and ending details follow. First, let me point out, I’m not a gamer. I’m more of an observer who loves to read the story about the game. Moreover, I am a heterosexual woman who supports 100 percent the LGBQ community. Additionally, finally, I’m going to talk about why I think the character named “Noiz” is the best of the best. For those of you who don’t know, Noiz is one of the main characters both in the PC game and anime called Dramatical Murders. The game was released first in April of 2013 by Nitro+chiral with the title DRAMAtical Murder Re: Connect. Then, an anime series was made and ran in July through September of 2014 with 12 episodes and a bonus episode (it was the all bad endings, and they were scary especially Noiz’s bad ending) and finally, DRAMAtical Murder Re:Code it was released in October of 2014 by Nitroplus and a platform for PlayStation Vita.

He's the Gamer in the House
My husband is the gamer in the house and he says that it is for entertainment, but I say it is his coping mechanism with his mental illness. He is diagnosed with depression and high anxiety which I have seen from time to time. He has the urges to get up and do something or is in a hurry to get things done.

'Spider-Man' PS4
For many years, Marvel has struggled to get a foot in the door when it comes to the gaming industry. While having major successes with the Marvel Cinematic Universe, they had failed to set up a gaming counterpart worthy of their prestige. Ever since the release of Batman: Arkham Asylum in 2009, DC with a little help from Rocksteady studios has always excelled within this realm. DC’s reign, however, ended on September 7, 2018 with the release of Spider-Man for the PlayStation 4; due to the simplicity of the game's title, many fans referred to the game as "Marvel’s Spider-Man" which bolstered Marvel's foothold within the community and showed just how much faith they had in both Spider-Man and Insomniac Games, the developer behind Marvel’s Spider-Man.
