Part-Time Nanny
At the beginning of the pandemic, I made the decision to travel over a thousand miles away, to a completely different location. I didn't know what to do, where to work, or what to begin trying. One friend brought up the idea of nannying, and five interviews later, I had found a family that felt perfect. The children were sweet and the parents were kind. They were understanding and were not strict on how they wanted me to interact with the kids, as long as their children received care and love. And trust me they did.

Knowing your why in a nonstop world
As someone born in Generation Z, I have been brought up with constant reminders of how lucky I am, how many opportunities there are available to me, and ultimately how much better life is. While I don’t completely disagree with that statement I don’t think it’s a surprise that unemployment is up, suicide and depression are almost recognized as normal for young adults, and the common ‘mid-life crisis’ is replaced by a much more daunting ‘quarter-life crisis’.
