Spirituality
Spirituality can come in many ways, shapes and forms. It really depends on who the person is and how much they are in touch with their soul. I believe spirituality can come in the form of religion, believing in the other side or exploring one's aura or chakras.

I Had My Tonsils Taken Out
On the fifteenth of December, I was set to get my tonsils taken out (tonsillectomy). It was all very up in the air as to if I was actually going to get the surgery or not, as the date had been changed three or four times in the lead up. The fifteenth came around and it seemed everything would be going ahead. Though a few plans had to be canceled with ten days to recover for Christmas, this seemed like the best option and so I decided to just get on with it and get them out.

Insomnia
Many people around the world suffer from insomnia daily. There are so many factors as to what causes this to happen to so many people. I know I'm personally one. Actually, the idea for this blog came from a late night of sitting up looking at the walls. I've tried taking sleeping medication and even making sure I do the normal things that will allow the body to relax. Things like a hot shower, soothing lotion, and relaxing with a good book. However, I find myself still wide awake with not an ounce of sleep in sight at 5 in the morning. I actually saw the sun rise this morning. I've grown tired of watching my husband sleep all night like a giant baby and I get up cleaning the kitchen or eating leftovers from dinner. I had to start finding ways to find sleep around the same time that he does or I knew it was going to be a long night.

Why I Want to Live to Be 120
Longevity is influenced by lifestyle. If you don’t smoke, don’t drink, and don’t expose yourself to drugs or harsh chemicals, you might just live until old age or beyond. The United States has a very obvious income gap between rich and poor. Money may help the rich live longer if they can afford medical care while poor people stay stuck on welfare or disability, not to mention the extreme stress that having a low income can produce. Also, in order to be long-lived, you have to be able to stand up for yourself as well as the next person as a survival tactic.

My Health Demon
Hi, my name is Chants. I’m 28 years old and I have a chronic illness that makes me feel like I’m an OAP (Old Age Pensioner). And what is the name of this evil thing, I hear you ask? My demon is called Fibromyalgia, and there is no known cure, and it only gets worse.
