Epilating = Low Maintenance Hair Removal?
Why epilate at all? Well of course don’t at all if you love the body hair you have! I always wish the rest of my body hair was like the hair on my arms; in the winter it’s dark hair on pale skin which I like less because I somehow feel it’s too much of a contrast but in the summer it’s golden and fluffy on tanned skin and it looks all at one and like that’s just how it’s meant to be. When it comes to elsewhere however no such luck; it’s dark and coarse, there’s a hell of a lot of it and I just haven’t been able to reconcile myself with how that looks. If that’s the way you feel too, then here are a few reasons you may choose epilation over other forms of hair removal:

My Story of Chronic Illness
I have been chronically ill now for two years and only recently diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/Myalgic Encephalomyelitis. Over these two years, I have learned a lot about people. Coffee: Elixir of the Driven
You may think it’s a stretch to refer to coffee as an elixir; but, what about as an alternative medicine? I would consider that a stretch too had it not been for different studies on the impact of coffee (or rather) caffeine on the body.

Purpose Driven
I QUIT! That's it. I cannot do it anymore. I'm sick and tied of being sick and tired. I'm sure if it isn't one of those particular phrases, there are others that fall in the same family that are thought or vocalized every day, heck, every hour, by someone.

5 Women Weight Training Myths Debunked
It seems there is a never-ending supply of advice when it comes to working out and losing weight. Like all advice, you are bound to come across an article or two spewing information that is totally false. While we are usually able to sort through the bologna, sometimes our BS detectors fail us, leaving us to believe something we shouldn’t. For example, “Don’t run, it’s bad for your knees,” “Only do cardio to lose weight,” and the famous, “Lifting weights will only bulk you up.” While I can’t debunk all the myths, here are five strength training rumors that we have all heard, may have believed, but are completely untrue.
