What Exactly is Keto?
http://kenne19.1keto.hop.clickbank.net/?pid=sku3 Keto is a low carb diet, where you replace all carbohydrates (bread, pasta, potatoes, rice, sugary cereal etc) with protein and lean meats (chicken, fish). This reduction in carbohydrates puts your body into a ketotic (or keto) metabolic state known as ketosis. Ketosis actually makes it easier to lose weight, even though your body is at that state. Your body does not use as much energy to maintain a ketotic state as it would if your body was using energy to burn carbohydrates.

The disadvantages and advantages of a low carb diet.
The advantages of a low carb diet. The low carb diet is very suggested to change state. once you eat lots of carbs, these are digestible and regenerated to make aldohexose. blood sugar is that the most convenient supply of energy for your body. once you eat a high carb diet, the surplus aldohexose is deposited as polyose within the cells of your liver and muscle cells. So, once you switch to a coffee carb diet, the provision of aldohexose in your blood is immensely reduced. Your body will not get the desired energy simply from glucose. Then it's forced to interrupt down the keep fats in your body to get the requisite energy. This ends up in weight loss. this is often the best advantage of low carb diet and why it's therefore wide followed by weight loss communities.

What Happens After You Diet for a Year?
For me, crash dieting was not an option. I tried fad diets and other lifestyle diets like keto but quickly found that the drawbacks outweighed the benefits for me. I don’t envy the months I spent carefully measuring spinach leaves, trying to get the most out of my 20 grams of carbs per day.
