Best Kettlebell Exercises for Strength
The thing about kettlebells is that they do require some learning curve to use them properly. These are different from traditional dumbbells in their offset design that challenges you with each movement. I’ve listed some kettlebell exercises below according to fitness level to help you achieve the results you’re looking for without risking any injury.

Powerlifting will NOT make me hench. Right?
If I powerlift hard enough, will I get hench like a man? For those who don't know what 'hench' is... Those of us in the know will chuckle at that question but you’d be surprised at how many people actually think that the answer is ‘yes’. The question itself is stupid - it assumes that all men are hench. And they really really REALLY aren’t.

Getting back into a gym routine after quarantine
Unless you are lucky enough to have a home gym (like me) or access to some kind of equipment, you might be one of the millions of people whose gym routine came to an abrupt halt in the early spring. Everyone with a fitness routine was forced to find some way to adapt. For some people, it meant buying their own equipment. In early April, online fitness equipment sales jumped 55%. Equipment could be purchased in the early stages of the shutdown, but eventually it became hard to come by. Rogue Fitness, one of the most popular fitness brands, transitioned their factory to make PPE in March and has been out of stock of most equipment like barbells, resistance bands and more since. Even as sporting goods stores reopened, fitness equipment was still difficult to find.

COVID-19 Changed My Relationship With Running For the Better
Everyone in the running community has had their lives affected in some shape or form. Some people have had their Olympic dreams put on hold, others have had the opportunity of completing their first organised marathon stripped from them. Myself included. Others, however, have discovered running as a result of the COVID-19 outbreak. The numbers suggest that there’s more of us running recreationally than ever before (please see below for the report). You wouldn’t expect any positives to come from a global pandemic, but I have realised over the past 5 months that this path we have all been forced onto has shone a new light on running and the impact it has on our lives: for the better.

How to start a workout from home?
In a time where everyone is doing everything at a slightly slower pace, there has to be something that keeps your zeal in yourself. With gyms closed and fitness buddies distanced, it is a struggle to keep yourself fit. Individuals who have increased their sitting time may have lost the 'activity' time they had earlier.

10 Muscle Building Q&As
As a personal trainer whose own goal was to build muscle and gain a bit of size, it seemed pretty straight forward on how I needed to do so. However the first time I was approached by a client who wanted to do the same, I had to stop for a moment and remember that it's not as straight forward for people who are either new to fitness or have recently changed their goal. This is a common thing for trainers to experience as it's our profession to know these things. Here are some of the questions I've been asked about gaining muscle.

3 Types of Exercise and Their Associated Goals
As a personal trainer the first question I ask my clients is "What is your goal?" This often leads to an ambiguous answer like "I want to be in shape." or "I want to be fit." These are great answers and generally what many of us would respond with but there is one little problem with, they don't niche down on what your specific goal is.
