Please be patient, I have autism. Second Place in Social Shock Challenge. Top Story - May 2021.
I often hurt people unexpectedly and unintentionally. I was diagnosed with Pervasive Developmental Disorder - Not Otherwise specified (PDD-NOS) back in my mid-twenties. I was completing my last semester of my undergraduate studies at the time. Back then, PDD-NOS was its own thing, something I had never heard of until my therapist mentioned it to me.

Living without vision. Top Story - May 2021.
have you ever wondered what it would be like to live your life in total darkness? Imagine having a blindfold permanently tied to your face, covering your eyes, and preventing you from seeing anything. That is how I live my life, except my eyes aren’t covered by a blindfold. I was born prematurely, and I would like to share my story with you. I truly hope that it will inspire people all around the world. It’s meant to motivate you to live your life while you can. You only have one life to live, so live it the best way you know how. Keep in mind that blindness has its ups and downs just like everything else in life.

Getting a COVID Jab Doesn’t Make You Invincible
I’m not here to berate anyone. In fact, I’m glad you’ve decided to get vaccinated. You weighed up the risks and the benefits and made an informed decision. We need more of this, we need more common sense. In a world where people still believe this virus is a hoax and/or vaccines are poison it’s essential to spread awareness. Just be careful, because we are not out of the woods yet.

Creating Bliss
A Path to Bliss through the 8 Limbs The 8 Limbs of Yoga (found in Patanjali’s Sutras) are a path for anyone to find their inner peace, love, and joy. These simple and beautiful yoga principles offer us a way to true bliss. I don’t believe there’s a one solution to fit all - this journey is very personal, and it’s important to find the path that brings you joy. It’s a journey, not a destination to connect to and nurture our Inner Child, our gloWithin.

Ambition
When I wake up in the morning I never know what the day will bring. Will it be a good day? A bad day? Will I be a lazy? Will I be productive? Will I be social? Will I be lonely? There are so many unknowns about how my day will unfold but I get up without knowing the answers.

Constant Chronic Pain
My name is Heidi Wallen, I’m a single 43yr old residing in Plymouth, Devon UK. I would like to share my story, for many reasons, but more so in hope, that someone, somewhere may help me and the constant, excruciating and very debilitating lower back pain that I experience, every minute of every day, and have done now for over a decade. It changes you, I’ve been at the depths of despair countless times, and hand on heart, if my time were up, I wouldn’t be writing this today, fact. I have to pre warn that this story is not for the faint hearted, it’s sad, pitiful and quite frankly unbelievable, but it is all true. I have been shut inside my flat, suffering in silence for far too long. I have a huge amount of loss of sensation in my lower regions, bowel, bladder and other, as in sexual. I have Fibromyalgia, asthma and a few other health issues, including borderline personality syndrome, or so I’ve been told.

Vaccine Diary (Day 3)
Dear Diary, Today started like any typical day for me. I got home from my 11-7 job at 7:30; I went to the store to get some food for my lunch around 7:45 and was back home by 8:00. I ate my breakfast, drank my usual coffee, took my vitamins. Everything seemed to be fine, but then reality set in pretty heavy for me. One, today was my dad's bday, and he's no longer with us, and two, the shot is STILL kicking my butt up, down, and sideways. The symptoms continue to be a nuisance:

There's No Such Thing As a Best Friend
I had a strange and twisted relationship with my previous profession. I think I'll call him Joe. I think I chose the name Joe arbitrarily, however, there was an actual Joe. He created the company which I worked for. Which makes Joe a building, a company and a real guy.
