How I Manifested My Soulmate
Two years ago I began my Journey of self discovery, which eventually led to me manifesting the relationship I always dreamed of. For a long time I didn’t believe that I would ever get married or even find a guy that would love me. I kept attracting men who liked to party and have a good time but never was it a guy who would want to spend time with me to get to truly know me. I eventually gave in and just figured that I’d never find the right guy.

Taking My First Step
What do you do when your whole world, not only falls apart, but basically explodes...everywhere? Me? I implode. I always have. Of course, I know that's not the best way to handle things, but it doesn't change the fact that it's how I've always instinctually handled my personal crisis.

The Talk on Self Talk
When you were growing up, did your parent ever tell you, "If you have nothing nice to say, don't say anything at all?" Well, that also applies to self-talk, and today I am going to give you a piece of my mind when it comes to this topic. Growing up, no one, ABSOLUTELY NO ONE, was this self-deprecating. I want it to be known I am ashamed to be among the age group that believes self-deprecation is cool. And in case you are not familiar with the term, self-deprecation is defined as modesty about or criticism of oneself. There's a great chance you have seen posts on social media that broadcast such stupidity, ending in mentions of "because I'm stupid," "because I'm ugly." I don't know who needs to hear this but stop talking to yourself like this! Words are power! In the future, we're going to dive more into the Law of Attraction, and to work it to our advantage and such, but currently let’s start with words.

Yes, I Don't Wear Small Sized Clothes Anymore
Yes, my body is not what it used to be—and that's okay. What can I say? Life happened. I stopped listening to people who constantly tell me what to eat, drink, and what their own idea of diet and exercise is. I got tired of people asking me to be their gym buddy or their jogging partner early in the morning. I had enough of the skinny image of a girl, the 'type' of body that i should have.

Connection
I reached a point in my life where I felt as though I needed to meet people who were "further along" than I was in order for me to keep growing or evolving as a person. In truth, I would never encounter or experience growth the way I truly wanted with a mindset that led me to stay within my comfort zone, to continuously search outside of myself by playing it safe and keeping a closed mind to the opportunities, experiences or relationships that were right there in front of me. I was inevitably stuck within my own ways and limitations which in turn was limiting my growth. The longer I searched for this encounter or experience, the more I felt stuck, frustrated and disappointed and eventually became content with the idea of never finding those opportunities or meeting those people.

Learning to Write to Myself and Finding my Passions
Today I'm going to be talking about how to write. I want to discuss writing as a form of self-care and self love. I want to use words to create pieces of writing to inspire others and help myself express my ideas, thoughts and opinions.
