Gladys is moving in with Brando and will be that mom, grandma, and possibly mother in law
On Thursday’s episode of GENERAL HOSPITAL, Gladys Corbin announced that she will be moving in with her son Brando. The look on his face told viewers everything they needed to know. Gladys is the mother from hell and now she has set her sights on caring for her grandmother. It’s not clear how she really feels about Sasha because she seems to have had a change of heart. At first, she referred to Brando’s mom as ‘ that Sasha girl” and a “ model type”. Gladys is still cutting her eyes at Sasha so she may have an ulterior motive.

Celebrating the life of actress Michelle Thomas
When most people think of the beautiful and talented actress Michelle Thomas they recall her role as the quirky Myra Munkhouse on the ABC sitcom FAMILY MATTERS which ran on ABC from September 22, 1989, to May 9, 1997 and on CBS from September 19, 1997, to July 17, 1998. Myra was in love with the nerdy Steven Q Urkle and went out of her way to stalk him and try to force him to love her back.

‘Fame’ Remember the name: Gene Anthony Ray
In 1980 the movie FAME became a box office hit and the character Leroy Johnson made his portrayer Gene Anthony Ray a star. Ray was born in Harlem on May 24, 1962 in the neighborhood of West 153rd Street. He began performing street dancing at an early age during block parties. He attended the New York High School of Performing Arts but was kicked out after only one year. His mother Jean said the school was too disciplined for her “wild child”. This lack of discipline would haunt him all of his life. Ray skipped school one day to audition for Fame choreographer Louis Falco and as they say the rest was history.

Grief 101: If you don’t know you better ask somebody
At this writing, my husband has been dead for 3 months. I have had days where I function normally and days where I cried and could get nothing done. I’ve received unsolicited advice from many who have not buried a spouse. I’ve spoken with widows who have given me their perspective and I appreciate everyone who believed they were assisting me. I’ve found however that when it comes to specifics that I must ask, seek, and knock for myself.

Kolchak the night stalker
Darin McGavin is recognizable to many people because he portrayed the father in the popular holiday classic A CHRISTMAS STORY. He also has cult following because of staring in the ABC thriller THE NIGHT STALKER during the 1974–1975 season. There were 2o episodes of the series and only the first 4 used that title. There was a month long hiatus and when the show returned the remaining 16 episodes aired under the name KOLCHAK; THE NIGHT STALKER.

'The Young and the Restless' fans believe Victoria is up to no good
A number of those who watch THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS have been vocal recently about their dislike for Victoria Newman. Viewers believe she is devious and up to something where Billy and Lily are concerned. Vicki brought them housewarming gifts but the look on her face was anything but sincere. When Billy was dating Phyllis his ex did not go out of her way to pretend she was OK with the relationship because she did not believe it would last. She obviously believes Bil-ly has potential because she is paying so much attention to them.

Grieving 101: When the tears won't stop
In a few days it will be 3 months since my husband passed away and today was a rough day. I have cried practically the entire day for various reasons.My 90 year old neighbor across the street passed away yesterday and my last memory of her is what triggered my tears. Two weeks ago an ambulance took her to the hospital on a rainy Sunday and I knew she would not return home. Instead of placing her on a stretcher as they had at other times, the paramedics brought her out of her home in a blanket.

The evolution of the Bradley girls on 'Petticoat Junction'
The television series PETTICOAT JUNCTION aired on CBS from September 1963 to April 1970. The action takes place at the Shady Rest Hotel, which is run by Kate Bradley,(Bea Benaderet) her uncle Joe Carson,(Edgar Buchannan), and her three daughters Billie Jo, Bobbie Jo, and Betty Jo who were portrayed by multiple actresses. The show was produced by Paul Henning, who was also responsible for GREEN ACRES, and THE BEVERLY HILLBILIES.
