Turku on the Aura River
Turku is a lovely city to visit in Northern Europe. It is located on the southwest coast of Finland right on the shores of the famous Archipelago. Like other cities that lie on a river, Turku has the Aura River flowing through its city center. This is Finland’s most important river and the largest in the southwest of the country.

Exploring the Northwest Territories
The Northwest Territories are the second-largest and most populous of the three territories in Northern Canada. The most populous community and only city in the territory is the capital, Yellowknife. The climate here is a bit warmer and there are both boreal forests (taiga), and tundra. The most northern regions form part of the Arctic Archipelago.

The Everglades National Park
The Everglades National Park is a 1.5-million-acre wetlands preserve at the southern tip of Florida. It consists of coastal mangroves, saw grass marshes, and pine flat woods. Hundreds of different animal species make their home here among them the endangered leatherback turtle, Florida panther, and West Indian manatee. There are many unusual things to see here so take the time to explore when you visit.

Laughing Through Christmas
ELF “Elf” was released in 2003. It’s a Christmas comedy. The movie has become a Christmas standard and is listed among the best Christmas films of all time. It inspired the 2010 Broadway musical “Elf: The Musical” and NBC’s 2014 stop motion animated TV special “Elf: Buddy’s Musical Christmas”.
