The Boys Down on the Corner
One of my favorite groups Creedence Clearwater Revival was a popular American rock group from the late 1960s to the early 1970s. The boys in the band were John Fogerty lead vocal, lead guitar, and songwriter, Tom Fogerty rhythm guitar, Stu Cook on bass, and Doug Clifford on drums. Their musical style was a mixture of swamp rock and roots rock genres. Their origins were from San Francisco but they mostly portrayed themselves as a Southern band singing about the Mississippi, the bayou and catfish. During their popularity, they sold over 26 million albums. They were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1993 and were ranked 82 on Rolling Stone’s list of the 100 Greatest Artists of All Time.

The Spice with Power Is Ginger
History of Ginger As with most things, even ginger has a fascinating history that stretches back more than 5000 years. It was considered to be a tonic root that could take care of all kinds of ailments by the ancient Chinese and Indians. The origins of ginger can be found in Southeast Asia. India exported this spice to Ancient Rome. Once the Roman Empire came to an end the Arabs took over the spice trade from the east. Unfortunately during this time ginger became an expensive spice. It showed up in medieval times and was imported in a preserved form and used in the making of sweets.

Start writing...One of the greats in the music world Bob Dylan is an American musician, singer, songwriter, artist and writer. He has been a most influential figure popular in both the musical and cultural world for over five decades. His most popular and best-known works came out in the 1960s.
