The state of being in great health, and continually striving to attain all of your goals.
Routine
As an adult, sleep is an essential medicine for our bones. At night, I have the hardest time winding down. It began in my childhood, my parents never had us on a sleep schedule or bedtime so to speak, like the norms. I’ve always crashed wherever, whenever, whether it was the couch or my parents bed, I was never in my own bed. I had a huge fear of the dark which has carried into my adulthood. Yes, that’s correct, I still have a fear of the dark. Total blackness actually keeps my mind racing more than relaxing. My heart will actually beat out of my chest and anxiety will surface.

I Will Sleep When I'm Dead
I don’t know about you, but I am exhausted. In a way, I wish for the return of what it was like when we were on lock down during the pandemic. Everything slowed down and it was actually considered okay to take some time to relax and spend some quality time with your family.

Getting a good night's sleep
Sleep never did come easily for me. Ever since I had my first child, my “mother ears” are on throughout the night, listening for every strange or familiar noise. My husband, on the other hand, can fall asleep anytime, anywhere, and in any position – sitting up, on a chair, on the sofa, etc. I’m not so lucky. However, I have gathered some solutions that often work for me. I need to be more consistent, and that’s one of my resolutions for this year. First, I’ll list the items to avoid.

Taking a Vacation in the New Year? Here's Why You Should Consider Respite Care
For many people, planning a vacation is high on the priority list for the year 2022, especially as things reopen and become available once again. However, if you are the primary caregiver for a senior loved one, one thing that might be holding you up from actually booking that time off is wondering who will help care for your senior in your stead. After all, you want to ensure that they are properly cared for and that they have everything they need, medications included.

New Year's Resolution Get More Sleep
1. Intro I usually feel a bit guilty when I start to write about sleeping because I’m not the best at it. One of my resolutions was to lead a more restful life, but part of my journey to this point has been learning how to have much better quality sleep at the same time.

Improve Your Performance at Work
You may think that work should be your number one priority no matter what but remember that when you’re not at your physical best, your mind is not going to be at its best either. Poor health leads to poor performance, so being physically fit is often the best business decision you can make! When you’re not healthy, you can end up depressed and anxious, which contributes to poor performance in the workplace.
