4th of July for the dogs.
It's almost 4th of July and you know what that means! A flood of missing pet reports on Nextdoor, a plea to your neighbors not to pop fireworks in the middle of the night, and a shortage of acepromazine, Trazadone, and gabapentin from your veterinary office.

A Girl's Best Friend
Four years ago, around the height of the pandemic, one of my childhood dreams came true; we finally got a dog. It was one of the happiest nights of my life, picture this: it was 11PM during a hot April night, my dad just got home from paying a visit to his parents, and he had a 2-month old puppy with him. It was one of the most stupefying moments of my life, seeing this little white ball of fur with him, and as my dad let her down to go around and greet us, she hid under the couch. We all laughed and coaxed her out, and gave her a bunch of pets and food. She eventually warmed up to us, and the rest was history.

BuckyBoo is now "WetherBoo!"
There are few creatures on this planet that are cuter than a goat kid, especially a Nigerian Dwarf goat kid. Sure, it might take a couple of days to go from "aw, shucks, the polyfil in my stuffed goat toy is all flattened from being in the washer" to awesome fluffy bouncey ball on amphetamines, but yes, that change will inevitably come--and with it the soft-eyed wide-legged stance that just begs you to pick them up. (DON'T DO IT. Your bouncey ball will explode into a thousand legs and hooves and start to scream!)

First True Love
The most unique yet the most common one. These words best describe my first ever cat as a child. She is my closest friend, my crying shoulder, and my whole life, albeit temporarily. She is the youngest member of the family and the true “bunso (youngest child).”

Puppies and Kittens Stories. Content Warning.
In the core of a clamoring city park, settled among transcending oak trees and energetic flowerbeds, carried on with a dynamic little local area. Concealed in a comfortable doghouse underneath the shade of a maple stood the Mill operator family - a group of five unruly Beagle doggies. The oldest, Pip, a brown and white little guy with a sprinkle of dark around his eye, was oneself declared pioneer, consistently excited for experience. His kin, Poppy (a soft bundle of brilliant daylight), Fix (a naughty tri-variety), Pepper (a smooth dark little guy with an energetic flicker in her eyes), and Runt (the pipsqueak of the litter with the greatest heart) were a tornado of energy, continually pursuing butterflies, grappling with fallen leaves, and chewing on disposed of toys.
