Come Be My Love
Valentine’s Day doesn’t have to be all flowers, chocolates, and cakes. It can be just a quiet romantic time together by candlelight with sparkling red wine, and romantic songs playing in the background. Take your love and dance in the dark as your shadows slide along the wall.

The Bay City Rollers
It was the 1970s and a lot of rock bands or single rock singers were springing up all over the place to the delight and adoration of many teenage girls. One band that had great voices and likeable music was The Bay City Rollers. This was a Scottish pop/rock band that had a string of hits in the 1970s and their songs became popular in the U.S. as well.

The Taste of Indonesia
Meat Nasi kucing is a traditional Indonesia dish that originated in Surakarta, Yogykarts, and Semarang in Central Java. The dish includes rice topped with tempeh, dried fish, and sambal and can also have chicken, eggs, and cucumber. The ingredients are wrapped in banana leaves.

Meat Cheese and bacon rolls are fluffy rolls baked in the oven until the cheese melts and they’re golden brown. Dagwood dogs are popular Australian festival snacks. Hot dogs are dipped in batter and deep fried. They’re stuck on sticks and before eating dipped in tomato sauce.

Traveling in Morocco
Marrakesh medina is a major tourist attraction. Medina of Marrakesh is the old Islamic capital. The old city begins at the Djemma el-fna Square. At the square you can see snake charmers and acrobats and hear traditional musicians. You can purchase items from the stall vendors.

Storm Clouds Gathering
“Get Off of My Cloud” is a song recorded by the English rock band The Rolling Stones. It was written by Mick Jagger and Keith Richards in 1965. It was released in both the UK and the US. The song became a popular number on hit on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. It is on the band’s American album December’s Children (And Everybody’s) It also made it to number one on the UK Singles chart.

Eating the Asian Way
Bangladesh Beguni is a delectable dish consisting of deep-fried eggplant slices. Variations include dipping eggplant slices in batter or coating them with gram flour and spices. The basic batter is made with rice and gram flour and flavored with turmeric, chili powder, and cumin, The dish is eaten both in Bangladesh and India. It is served with chutney or a yogurt-based sauce on the side and enjoyed as a snack.

1910 Fruit Gum Company is an American bubblegum pop band popular in the 1960s. Some of their greatest hits were “Simon Says”, “May I Take a Giant Step”, “1, 2, 3, Red Light”. “Goody, Goody Gumdrops”, “Indian Giver, Special Delivery and “The Train”.
